Do you like exercising in a group? Then the Group Beach Workout is exactly what you need! 

Groups are from 10 to 20 people. 
Place: Alcaidesa Beach and Sotogrande Beach
The Group Training sessions are bodyweight workouts where we concentrate on functional training. If you want a good sweat, this is the right workout for you! 

Currently only small group Workouts are available until further notice.

Small Group Beach Workout

The group sizes are from 4 to 6 people. 
Place: Alcaidesa Beach and Sotogrande Beach

 

Functional Training

Functional Training is a great way to improve strength and stability across a variety of movements. Functional training focuses on building a body which is capable of handling real-life situations. It will improve your ability to perform every day tasks like carrying your groceries, and picking up your kids. Many people concentrate too much on having big muscles, rather than having functioning muscles. What is it worth being able to bench 100kg when you can't even lift your child up without pain? A well-functioning, healthy body is a happy body!

Glute Workout

''You don't get the butt you want by sitting on it''. Not only to shape and lift your backside for aesthetics, but also for the health benefits of having glutes which function as they should. To name a few things: Strong glutes can help you to improve your posture,  alleviate lower back, hip and knee pain, prevent injuries and improve athletic performance.  

Btw. Men also need to train their glutes!

Bodyweight HIIT 

What is HIIT? High Intensity Interval Training. It is a shorter duration, higher intensity Workout. We alternate between short, intense work periods and intervals of quick rests. It can help you to reduce fat, stimulate the production of hormones which help you build muscle and improve your cardiovascular and metabolic health.

This workout will make you feel great afterwards!
